The intelligence from Spain consists of a number of meagre

and unsatisfactory on dits. The rumours of a change in the system and form of Government are said to have been sprdad abroad only to deceive the Liberals. A declaration of amnesty to the exileSis attributed to the wish of FERDINAND IO get them into his power, that he may put an end to the plots by the death of their authors. There is said to be a corps of 5,000 Royalist troops at Guipuscoa ; mid a moving column of 8,000, under the command of SANTOS LADRON, occupies Navarre : all the convents are provided with arms against the anticipated attack. The exiles, it is said, intend to enter Spain at three points, in Navarre, Catalonia, and Arragon. Their numbers between Bayonne and Perpignan are said to amount to 5,000. They are described as well armed, and not without money. A journal devoted to their interests, and which is to be called El PICCUISOT, has been announced at Paris.
