Miguelite vessels have been seen near the coast of Portugal; but were chased off by the French brig of war Orestes. It is also certain that the partisans of the banished Prince are exert- ing themselves to create disturbances in various parts of the country. A proclamation from MIGUEL, calling upon the Pr- tuguese to rebel against the Queen, has been extensively cir- culated.
