The counsel of Mr. Garen Duffy, on Thursday, entered a

plea of abatement to the last indictment preferred against him, on the ground that a grand joryman was disqualified. The Attorney-General asked and obtained time to join issue— the Court exclaiming, " What ! are you not yet ready!"
