From Sir Tim Rice Sir: I was thrilled beyond measure to see a cartoon in this week's Spectator which could only be appreciated by those familiar with the Marcels' 1961 No. 1 hit 'Blue Moon'. That was a terrific year for popular music and I hope your pictorial humourists will soon be making us chuckle with gags that depend upon an interest in Del Shannon, the Everly Brothers and Clarence 'Frogman' Henry.
