I gather from Columbia College Today that Eugene Van Tassel Graves is both Eastern traffic manager for a fruit company in California and the only person ever to receive a PhD in Cornish from Columbia. Bully for Graves. But if l am right that the Cornish language is virtually extinct, who, then, examined him?
