Sir: It is time someone said it: The Spectator should form Her Majesty's next govern- ment. Of course you, sir, would be Prime Minister. Christopher Fildes, Giles Auty and Paul Johnson were born to be Chancel- lor, Arts and Foreign Ministers respective- ly, while Auberon Waugh and Theodore Dalrymple as Home Office ministers would be at least poetically correct. Admittedly this leaves both Health and Social Services to Jeffrey Bernard, but what have you got to lose?
