St. John's Wood School Snt,—I am trying to piece together
a brief history of the old St. John's Wood School in which I and my neighbours are staging our modest offering (of Purcell and Shakespeare) to the Festival of Britain, 1951. We feel that visitors to our small corner of the Festival would like to know something about this distinguished little seat of learning, and we should welcome information from any source which would help to make the story as complete as possible.—Yours faithfully, BERNARD MILES.
