A SUCCESSFUL UNDERTAKING.

The good report of Rolls-Royce Limited had prepared share- holders for a cheerful speech by Lord Wargrave at the recent Annual Meeting. The year had established a new high record in profits, which showed an increase over the previous year of nearly 175,000. The Chairman during the course of his re- marks announced the establishment of an equalization of dividend account. This he said would prove a protection to shareholders should less fortunate times than those at present experienced lie ahead.
