Sir: I feel a bit like Trotsky. Although I was at Eton, Mr Montgomery- Massingberd (`Top and bottom of the Tory class', 3 May) has adjusted history and eliminated me from both the 1979 and 1981 Cabinets, in which I served. I hope my next visitor is not carrying an ice-pick!
