Another Disraeli?

Sir: It is ninety-nine years since our renowned Prime Minister Disraeli made a personal visit to Berlin with the object of keeping the Russian Bear out of Europe. He succeeded, gaining from Bismarck an admiring 'Der alte Jude—das ist der Mann!' In 1977 the Soviet target is Africa. With the lives of our British kith and kin at stake as well as the majority of native (black) Rhodesians surely the time has come for our Prime Minister to be in Geneva?
