The King of Italy, by the advice of his Ministers,
left Turin on the 3rd inst. for Florence. We have explained the reasons and the results of this unexpected step in another place, and need only add here that there is no evidence that the remaining towns of Piedmont or any town in the rest of Italy shares in Turinese in- dignation. It is believed that should a reaction set in in Turin, as is quite probable, the King will return, but the transfer of his permanent residence may be considered settled. As a hunter of the chamois he is sure to pass much of his time in Piedmont, but his official residence till Rome is obtained will be Florence.
