Pay up or I publish!

From Mr Nicky Samengo-liner Sir: Having had to wait over three months to get my contents insurers to pay up after a severe house fire, I have a word of advice for those currently under water. Threaten a letter to your insurers' chairman, and a copy to the Telegraph City Diary; mine paid up, in full, the very next day!
