News. 9d. )—Income Tax payers will find it to their interest to read this revised edition of Mr. Gully's useful little handbook, as it em- bodies the important changes and concessions made by the Finance Act. Mr. Gully does not notice the case of the many persons who were required to fill up their tax papers before the Finance Bill was passed. It would be well to know whether or not such persons will be given the opportunity this year of apply. ing for the new concessions, to which, of course, the tax papers made no reference.
