Sin,—In your interesting article on " Links of the Past " you have not mentioned Maria Helena, Dowager Lady Clanmorris, who died in 1899 at the advanced age of ninety-six. She was the head of five generations, and remembered perfectly the battle of Waterloo, and often spoke of the sensation it caused when she was in the schoolroom.—I am, Sir, &c.,
