HARLOW TELEPHONE EXCHANGE MODERNISATION

Harlow British Telecom will be switch- ing to a new digital exchange on Friday 3rd August 1990. From that date, all five-digit telephone and Fax numbers for Harlow must be prefixed with a '4'. The national STD code will remain the same — 0279 . . .
