TUESDAY will offer the last chance to tread the Stock Exchange's historic floor, before all goes skyward in the Big Bang. Making its contribution to the City of London Festival, and shaming its inhospit- able neighbours, the Exchange will declare open house from five o'clock onwards. All are welcome on the floor. Tell your grand- children that you once mingled with the mighty jobbers, so soon to be extinct, in their natural habitat! See the stags (Cervus morganus grenfellensis) — they, too, may not last much longer. But a timely word of warning: do not attempt to feed the bears.
