The Times states that 400 bales of foreign manufactured goods,

bear- ing an English manufacturer's mark, and entered by Messrs. Baring Brothers, from an American ship, for the warehouse of Messrs. Taylor and Bell, Fresh Wharf, were seized by Customhouse-officers on Thurs- day.
