Billy and Hans: a True History. By W. J. Stillman.
With Pictures by Miss Lisa Stillman (Bliss, Sands, and Co.)—This is an extremely pretty little picture of two squirrels, who spent their little lives in Mr. Stillman's pocket,—ate, drank, frisked, "and so died," like Easy in Thackeray's description, and are missed now, as many dumb friends are missed, perpetually by their master and mistress. Mr. Stillman speaks some golden words on the relations of people to animals, and every one will read them with sympathy and gratification. Miss Lisa Stillman's drawings are very attractive.
