Sir: In his review of Timeform's Racehorses of 1983 (March 10) Jeffrey Bernard writes that the weekly Raceform was the brainchild of Phil Bull. It wasn't. Raceform is an entirely different company' Incidentally, the best racing publication 15 neither Timeform nor Raceform, but Timewise.
