Dickens's Dictionary of London. (C. Dickens.)—This will prove a handy
book, not only to visitors to, but to residents, in the metropolis. As an example of the scope and variety of its contents, information is given on the same page as to the whereabouts of "opium-dens," and where the best oysters are to be had. The addresses of the pub- lishing offices of the daily and weekly newspapers, lists of cab, omnibus, and train fares, and the prices of admission to the various parts of the different theatres, are also given.
