This afternoon, a large case, apparently three feet square, containing•

the different packages bearing the seal of the Foreign Ofilcv in Parma which were stopped at Dover, was sent from the Customl--..:,: to Live French Ambassador in Hanover Square, in charge of some °thews. On the seals being broken, the packages were found so . lac+t. and other articles liable to duty, to the amount of several hundred pounds. The person who hai waited upon Prince TALLEVRAND on the subject, and who is said to be a French or. Italian Count, had received notice of the intention to open the packages to-day, and been invited to attend ; but he neglected to do so. All suspicion of Prince Tat-- LeynAND, or any person immediately connected with hint, having had any thing to do with this fraud, has been removed.
