15s. net.)—The most interesting of Dr. Sarolos's cc. printed articles on Germany are his predictions, written in 1906 and 1912, of the war arising out of tho Balkan and Baghdad problems which has come upon us. He foresaw, and said, that Germany would invade Belgium, and, like most prophets, was ridiculed or rebuked. Ile now predicts a revolution in Germany, though most qualified observers can see no sign of such a movement.
