The Editor offers a prize of five guineas for the most plausible explanation of this message, taken from the Personal Column of the Times. Entries can be written in the form of a short story or in any other form, but they should not be more than three hundred words in length. The Editor reserves the right to publish any entry submitted. The Competition will close on Friday, January 11th.
