Trade Unions and the Law, by Mr. Henry Strauss, who was a junior Minister in the Coalition Government, published by the firm of McCorquodale at 2s. The author writes as an avowed, but a very temperate, opponent of repeal, and he is more concerned to expound than to argue. The appendix containing the full text of the 1927 Act, and the full text of, and extracts from, previous enact- ments affecting trade unions, is of particular value.
