The Fall of Babylon is to be performed at Exeter

Hall on Friday next, conducted by the composer himself; Dr. SPOHR, at the earnest request of the Sacred Harmonic society, having delayed his departure from England for that purpose. On this occasion, STAUDIGL takes the place of HENRY PHILLIPS in the part of Cyrus, and GIUBELEI that of Belshazzar : •Miss RAINFORTH, Miss BIRCH, and Miss DOLBY are the principal female vocalists. As regards the great choral effects of the oratorio, the performance at Exeter Hall may be expected to be far su- perior to that at the Hanover Square Rooms.
