Naval eloquence

Sir; He may have found it described as ' A True British Tap ' but surely the correct title of Mr Cook's drawing (Letters, July 1), is ' Naval eloquence' and it is Gillray's 1795 cartoon of the then Duke of Clarence, later William IV.
