Sir: You were kind in publishing my letter so promptly

and fully, but misrepresented me in your title, 'Speaking for Serbia'. I have no locus standi to speak for Serbia, but for common sense and a peaceful settle- ment, as the precipitate break-up of Yugoslavia has been a minus-sum game in which all ethni have lost, and only the Ger- mans and Hungarians stand to gain.
