On the 8th March, at Barbados, of the yellow-fever, Captain EUSTACE ALEXANDER TENNYSON D'EYNCOURT, of the Forty.sixth Regiment, youngest sun of the Right Hou. Charles Tennyson D'Eyneourt, M.P. for Lambeth ; in his 25th year.

On the 13th, at his residence, Bodtalug, Merioneth, North Wales, Emearte Scorr, Esq., of Scott's Hall, Smeeth. Kent; in his 90th year.

On the 29th. in Dublin. Sir Muni D/LLON MAS.sr, Bart., of Doenoss, county of Clare On the 30th, at Edinburgh. Lady WARDLAW • aI her 81st year.

On the 30th, at Stubo Manse, N.I3., the Rev. ALEXANDER KER, Minister of the parish, in his 85th year; and fifty fifth of his ministry. His predecessor and uncle, Mr. Baird, and he were Ministers of Slob° for one hundred and eight ears.

On the 11th, at Largo, Fifeshire, THOMAS DURHAM, Esq.. Lieutenant Royal Navy. He is succeeded by his uncle, Admiral Sir P. C. H. C. Durham, G. C. B.

On the 12th, at Dulwich, after three days` illness, the Rev. ZACHARY Baeoxi, Rector of Great Hormead, Herta, late Fellow of St. John's College, Cambridge ; in his 76th year.

At Bolton Bridge, Mr. Joan HEADACK ; in his 104th year. He was until the last few months in possession of eh his faculties, aud was a person of great interest to the visiters freqneuting that delightful neighbourhood.
