A prospectus has.also been issued of the Anglo-Romano Water Company,

with a capital of 200,0001., in 10,000 shares of 20/. each, the first issue to consist of 7,500 shares. The object of the under- taking is to convey a supply of water from the important springs at Arsoli, known as the Aqua Marcia, to the level of the highest houses in Rome. An exclusive concession of these springs has been obtained from the Papal Government.
