Miss Emily Faithfull, who has already done so much in

opening the printing trade to women, has also opened a fresh branch of the Victoria Press in Princes Street, namely, a bookseller's and stationer's business. Shopwomen are almost always as efficient, and never seem so much out of their element, as shopmen, who overdo the suavity ; and we hope the new branch of the business may prove successful.
