On Saturday lest the Three per Cents., for money, closed at 86f, f, and for account at 86f, -87. On Monday the quotation, for time, was 87 to 87f, but on Thursday evening had fallen to 86f, Yesterday, however, prices experienced an advance, the latest quo- tations being 86f, I for money, and '86f , 87 for account.
