Despatches have been received at the Foreign Office from St. Peters- burg and Berlin. They were brought by Mr. Waring, the King's messenger, and are said to be important.

We can state front good authority, that whatever may have been the reported differences between the King and the Duke of Welling- ton, their present intercourse is to all appearance most cordial.
