" In a resourceful, resilient community like our own," he added, " we cannot subvert or overthrow, we must super- sede Capitalism. The Labour Party looks with confidence to the General Election." That is a most welcome declaration in favour of Parliamentary methods by one who was formerly a member of the -Couticil of Action.
