of Lord De Grey) has appointed Mr. Kelly, a Roman Catholic gentle- man, to be Stipendiary Magistrate of Galway county. Though not a Repealer, Mr. Kelly is described as mostly concurring in the political views of those who profess his creed in Ireland.
