Sir: My Mummy gets The Spectator, and I read the cartoons. Some of them I don't understand, but some I think are quite funny. I have been reading the cartoons ever since 1989, and I always look forward to the jokes. I first started reading the jokes when my Mummy showed me 'The Suits' and I've been looking at the cartoons ever since.
