article in the same issue together suggest that the pre-war party Ystem is outmoded. During the past year I have been concerned with e "follow up" of the Malvern Conference. I have discussed with undreds of the clergy and laity in many places how the Malvern Findings, or which His Grace the Archbishop was so largely responsible, can be de the bases of constructive political action, and I have found with iss Lee that "most of them don't want to be Conservatives, but they ave no faith in the Labour Party and don't know where to look for dership."
It may be that there must be a new combination of men and women of will before the new and better order can be attained. But heaven lone knows where we can look -for inspired political leadership.—
