June 10 that, at his luncheon with MM. Pinay and Faure, M. Molotov expressed the hope that he would one day soon be able to offer a return luncheon to his hosts in Moscow. 'Later,' said the Manchester Guardian, 'M. Faure described the irritation as "touristic rather than diplomatic."' M.
