June 10 that, at his luncheon with MM. Pinay and Faure, M. Molotov expressed the hope that he would one day soon be able to offer a return luncheon to his hosts in Moscow. 'Later,' said the Manchester Guardian, 'M. Faure described the irritation as "touristic rather than diplomatic."' M. Faure apparently considers that Muscovite hospitality is even more pestilential than Muscoyite foreign policy. PHAROS
