I du believe in freedom's cause Ez far away as Paris.
I'd love to fix a bombing pause With tham infarnal Pharisees.
It's waal enough to clack, but then I hear the other fellow, Say, of I talk with yellow men, That I myself am yellow.
My princerples is plain to boast— The same from the beginning. I'm just a candidate at most, And in it for the winning.
Things ain't, maybe, as they appear, But candidates ain't choosers, And, when there comes election year, It ain't the time for losers.
