NEW Mars.—Messrs. Bartholomew, of Edinburgh, have published three useful new

maps, well printed in colours and full of detail, of Africa, Central and South Africa, and South America (2s. 6c1. each). The new frontiers and the railways are shown, with the administrative divisions and numerous place- names. The maps are surprisingly cheap.
