We give elsewhere some details of a terrific earthquake by
which the Spanish province of Murcia has been desolated. The continu- ance of the shocks led to fearful presages of what might still hap- pen; and we now find it stated this morning, in a Madrid letter of the 2d April, that the effect of the last shock, on the 31st of March, has caused the submersion of Cadiz!
