In the Court of Peculiars, yesterday, it was stated that

the proctor for Mr. Woolley, the Bristol timber-merchant, who was so wickedly hoaxed in an affair of matrimony, had LO libel to offer in the cause which he had instituted to annul his marriage with Morgan ; and the cause was therefore dismissed. A suit on the part of the wife, for restitution of conjugal rights, was talked of.
