We desire to offer our welcome to the mission from

Uruguay headed by Dr. de Herrera, a distinguished representative of ambassadorial rank. The mission has come to England nominally in order to return the visit paid to their country by the Prince of Wales. We hope that it will be an opportunity for Great Britain to show the warm friendliness that she feels and even to improve, if there is any room for improvement, our relations with the South American Republic.
