It-is announced that British troops have occupied Southern Caueasia, in

order to remove the Turkish Army and to maintain peace between the Georgians, Armenians, and Tatars. The Baku oilfields are under our control, the Caspian is patrolled by the British Navy, and General Matteson in Trauscaapia is receiving supplies and reinforcements.
