Spectators for Africa appeal
WE would like to thank all the readers who have contributed so generously to the appeal. It remains our strong belief that African students would benefit enormously from articles such as this — very far from their normal fare. We will in due course be publishing a full list of all the places of learning which have benefited from your kindness. Contributions will still be gratefully received at 'Spectators for Africa', 56 Doughty Street. London WC1N 2LL. Cheques should be made payable to The Spectator (182S) Ltd. Subscriptions will cost but do feel free to contribute less or, indeed, more than this if you wish.
