Last night's Gazette announces that the Queen has been pleased to appoint Charles Lomat, Esq., M.D.' to be First Physician- Accoucheur to her Majesty ; Robert Ferguson, M.D., to be Second Physician ; and Richard Blagden, Esq., to be Surgeon Accoecheur.
