The case of "Norton v. Viscount Melbourne," was yesterday all-

pointed to take place in the Court of Common Pleas on Wednesday morning next. Sir Robert Peel is one of the Jury of twenty-four summoned on the trial. His name was not struck off, as formerly re- ported ; but the Post hints that be will not attend.
