There seems to be a prospect of a considerable surplus

upon the Budget estimate for the current financial year. Acoording to Wednesday's Daily Mail, the revenue during the previous eleven days had been slightly over eleven millions. If the same rate is continued to the end of the month, it is calculated that the surplus will be no less than nine millions.
