THE OXFORD CIRCUS. By H. Miles and R. Mortimer. (John Lane. 7s. 6d. net.)—This is a parody of the last three or four books which have begun with Balliol and Mr. Urquhart, and gone on about the Café Royal and country house-parties. It is much more amusing than they are and extremely high spirited. Anyone who knows the present-day Oxford and any of its descriptions of itself should be thoroughly enter- tained by The Oxford Circus and its able drawings.
