THE WESTMINSTER CAMPANILE

[To the Editor of the SPECTATOR.] Stn,—I wonder whether 'any of your readers could tell me whether the campanile of the fine Westminster Cathedral is slightly out of the perpendidular. A. friend told me that it was, and I must say that when we looked at it together from the Green Park it did seem so. Yet I am disinclined to believe it.
