The dealings in Home, Foreign, and Railway Securities during the

week have been somewhat restricted, the markets, generally speaking, having presented a quiet appearance. Mexican stock has sold as low as 33k; otherwise, the changes in the quotations have not been important. Most English railways have ruled firm. A new company, entitled the "Contract Company," is announced, with a capital of four millions.
